Since first walking into a gym some 15 years ago my entire approach towards training has shifted. Over the past decade and a half I’ve realized that put simply: training is a life enhancement tool.

I help others harness the power of training in a way that it complements their life & doesn't inhibit it.

HEY! I'M JACK!

I’ve been a coach for the best part of a decade. I’m a Christian, husband to my wife Taylor, ex rugby player & dog dad to Ziggy!

I live in Oregon, USA now but originally I’m from England. I’m partial to a game of cards, a big non alcoholic beer fan, a previous gym owner x3 & I’ve had more concussions playing rugby than I can remember (pardon the pun)...

I used to have an awful approach to nutrition but now I’ve developed a sustainable, flexible & structured approach that works. I’ve dropped 16kg / 35lbs in bodyweight since retiring from rugby.

I’ve suffered my fair share of injuries over the years…a nasty ankle injury during my rugby career, a ruptured pec major tendon training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & a history of lower back problems in the past. So I am well versed on the frustration & vulnerability that injuries cause. This is a big motivator of mine to help others who are dealing with pain and/or discomfort that’s preventing them from doing the thing they love.  

Today I train for longevity, to be able to live an active life, to perform better at work & to be able to protect my family. 

My dream is to be a dad, have a plot of land to call my own & to help 1 million people live the Active Life that they want to lead.
